Funding

OHPA is currently funded by a grant-in-aid from the Department of Health to cover its costs. Had it become operational, OHPA would have secured its funding from the regulatory bodies referring cases for adjudication. More information about the funding arrangements for OHPA can be found in the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
