Our board
OHPA’s board is made up of the organisation’s chair Walter Merricks, chief executive Stephen Shaw, and three non-executive directors, Andrew Colquhoun, Pamela Charlwood and Professor Dame Janet Finch.
The non-execs were appointed by the Appointments Commission on behalf of the Privy Council, following fair and open competition.
